Entry‑Level Insurance Sales Representative/Call Center Specialist Location & Schedule Downtown Chicago (Willis Tower). Full‑time. In office. Compensation $20/hr Base + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses Overview Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for motivated, career‑driven individuals to join their Inside Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into sales, insurance, or financial services while receiving paid training and licensing support. Job Responsibilities Handle live inbound calls from consumers exploring Medicare plan options Conduct outbound follow‑ups with existing leads and customers Educate consumers and guide them through the enrollment process Meet monthly sales goals with coaching and leadership support Learn and maintain knowledge of insurance products and offerings Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations Provide feedback to leadership to improve customer experience and processes Qualifications & Requirements Motivated, goal‑oriented individuals eager to grow professionally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask across systems Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to complete insurance licensing and background requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required $20/hr base pay Uncapped monthly bonus potential Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Life Insurance Short‑ & Long‑Term Disability Coverage Professional development and internal growth opportunities Team outings and company-sponsored events Fun, competitive, and supportive culture Schedule Full‑time | Monday to Friday.
