Job Description

Control Account Manager Location: Fort Worth TX What You Will Be Doing As the Control Account Manager (CAM) and Proposal Support Author within the Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) organization, you will play a key role in managing financial and operational performance for sustainment supply operations tied to advanced aerospace programs, including the U-2 and other ADP platforms. Based in Fort Worth, TX, this position focuses on cost and schedule management, earned value analysis, and proposal development to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) efforts. You will lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate Basis of Estimates (BOEs), oversee technical and financial deliverables for multiple control accounts, and contribute to strategic planning and execution. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on current and future sustainment business growth. Key Responsibilities - Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) for a portfolio of control accounts supporting U-2 and Advanced Development Programs (ADP) - Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for control accounts related to spares, repairs, modifications, warehousing, provisioning, and more - Execute Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities, including variance analysis, cost/schedule reporting, and estimate-at-complete (EAC) development - Develop, submit, and maintain accurate and timely Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) proposals - Collaborate with Program Managers, Strategic Integrators, Item Management, and Supply Operations teams on proposal development and cost strategy alignment - Support the creation of Technical Statements of Work (TSOWs) and Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders - Drive forecasting, financial analysis, and performance tracking across control accounts - Prepare and present updates, briefings, and variance explanations to leadership and stakeholders - Lead or support planning and baseline change activities in accordance with program and contractual requirements

Desired Skills

Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS Experience (CAM 101 Certified) preferred SAP Proficiency Supply Performance Based Logistics contracts experience Previous Sustainment Experience in Mod Programs, Repair and Return Programs, and/or PSI/PBL Programs. Solid written, presentation and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing, and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis. Accept responsibility, accountability, and exercise authority to ensure task cost, schedule, and technical success is achieved Familiarity with IFG or F-35 supply execution systems, tools, processes. Experience with APTS, Contracts, Proposals Team player with a positive attitude Experience managing and meeting deadlines and projects (cost and schedule) Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
