Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Collect and analyze assessment data, develop and implement a plan, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across various levels; delegate appropriately and ensure safe, quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and promote a safe and healing environment.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- BLS certification; ACLS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) required
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care/Med Surg experience
- BSN degree preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital/acute care setting
- Vaccination requirements as applicable; eligibility to participate in E-Verify
