Morning Breakfast Attendant

We are looking for 2 Breakfast. Weekends are a must. Hours 6:30am-11am. We're looking for a breakfast attendant with excellent people skills who is motivated and attentive to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience. You will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning while ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, eggs, sausage and bakery items are well stocked. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service and has experience working in a food service role. Responsibilities: • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary • Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner • Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours • Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed • Set up and prepare the breakfast area each morning • Keep all food items fully stocked at all times (eggs, sausage, bread, milk, etc.) • Monitor food quality and freshness throughout service • Greet guests and provide a welcoming, friendly atmosphere • Interact with guests and ensure their needs are met during breakfast • Clean and sanitize the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment • Maintain the cleanliness of hallways and surrounding public areas • Follow all health and safety guidelines • Break down and clean the breakfast area after service Qualifications: • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members Compensation: $11 - $12 hourly
