Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to cover an upcoming leave for our client. The Recruiter position is expected to last between 3-6 months, with the potential for temp-to-hire. This is a great opportunity to expand your recruiting skills and work directly with a non-profit company in Boulder. The Recruiter position will be based in their Boulder office with the occasional travel to their second office in Longmont. No remote or hybrid work. Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 / hour Schedule: 32 hours per week (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday; closed Fridays). Flexible schedule offered-fewer hours are available if needed. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientations. Post open requisitions on Indeed, COMPO (State of CO), and other job boards, including bilingual job postings. Run criminal background checks and maintain up-to-date personnel files. Utilize Google Suite tools for daily tracking, communication, and administrative tasks. Engage proactively with applicants, ask targeted questions, and provide compassionate support for candidates with disabilities. Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of recruiting experience strongly preferred. Tech Skills: Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive). Soft Skills: Highly organized, strong communicator, comfortable asking probing questions, and empathetic toward individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Job Store Staffing
