CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty is launching a dedicated Commercial Real Estate Company , and we're looking for an experienced commercial real estate professional to build and lead it.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with established commercial real estate experience who wants the opportunity to create and grow a commercial brokerage operation with the resources, brand, agent network, and infrastructure of an established real estate company behind them.

Following our recent merger with Select Group, our organization includes more than 2,000 real estate professionals across 100+ offices nationwide . We see significant opportunities to expand the services we provide to our agents and clients by developing a strong commercial real estate platform. To note the Select Group has been the #1 Century 21 Commercial company in the world.

This is not an entry-level real estate position, residential sales position, or traditional office management role. Candidates should have significant professional experience in commercial real estate.

What You'll Build

As our Director of Century 21 Redwood Commercial Real Estate , you will lead the growth of Redwood's new Commercial Division from the ground up.

You will:

• Recruit experienced commercial real estate professionals.
• Identify and develop opportunities for existing Redwood agents to participate in commercial real estate.
• Create training, coaching, and development resources for commercial agents.
• Assist Redwood agents with transaction questions, strategy, and challenges.
• Develop relationships with investors, property owners, developers, businesses, and other commercial real estate professionals.
• Help generate commercial opportunities through Redwood's existing network of agents, clients, offices, and business relationships.
• Partner with executive leadership on recruiting, marketing, technology, financial goals, and growth strategy.
• Establish and monitor production, recruiting, profitability, and growth metrics for the division.
• Represent Redwood and develop the company's presence within the commercial real estate community.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercial real estate professional first and foremost — someone who understands the industry and is ready to build and lead.

Strong candidates will have:

• Significant professional experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, investment, asset management, or a closely related field .
• A strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and client needs.
• Demonstrated success in business development and relationship building.
• An established network within the commercial real estate community.
• Leadership experience and the ability to recruit, coach, and develop professionals.
• Strong business judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• The ability to move comfortably between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• The desire to build a business rather than simply manage an existing operation.

Experience building or leading a commercial brokerage team, practice group, office, or business unit is strongly preferred.
