Summary As the Maintenance Director at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both residents and staff. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of facility management and supporting our mission of providing loving care. Minimum starting pay rate for the position is $26 an hour; pay rate is negotiable based on experience. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.
