OhioGuidestone is hiring a part-time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping individuals gain skills, confidence, and independence to obtain community employment in a supportive, inclusive environment. You will work under a Program Manager, providing person-centered coaching, resume support, and job task training.
