Oversee patient care , ensuring the highest clinical standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive patient volume and business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and payers . Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies , including Medicare, OSHA, and regulatory standards. Manage scheduling, staffing, and clinic operations to maximize efficiency. Oversee and participate in marketing and community outreach initiatives . What We’re Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with leadership experience. Strong organizational and decision-making skills . Ability to mentor and inspire a team of therapists and staff. Proven ability to manage clinic operations and financial performance . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills . Passion for patient care and team success . Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients (up to 50 lbs) . Comfortable with standing, bending, and moving throughout shifts .
