Experienced Specialist within the KASCO Field Service/Sales (Commission Level III) job family. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. Proficient with tools and demonstrated ability to repair things. Basic electrical knowledge. Ability to read and interpret machine schematic drawings. Able to order and deliver repair items. Ability to operate an electronic tablet, laptop computer, and a smart phone. Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications. Able to manage the details of van inventory maintenance and replenishment. Invoice preparation and checking mathematical aptitude.
