Facilities & Grounds Manager

YMCA of Western North Carolina

YMCA of Western North Carolina is looking for a Property Manager to oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of facilities and vehicles. This role requires strong skills in building maintenance, vendor management, and knowledge of environmental regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, a CPO certification, and will be involved in budgeting for occupancy.
