Sentara Health Plans is seeking an Integrated Nurse Case Manager/Registered Nurse (RN) for chronic/complex conditions. This full-time, remote role requires travel for home visits 2–3 times per week in Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas. Standard hours are 8am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday, with residency in Fredericksburg area.
