You have strong mechanical skills and can confidently troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision. You work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of every repair. You care about quality craftsmanship and treat every customer's pool as if it were your own. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping less experienced technicians grow.
