Warehouse Worker 22/HR

Warehouse WorkerJoin our team and operate double wide forklifts, including 2/3/4 stage lifts, to efficiently load and unload freight trucks and rail cars carrying beer, wine, soft drinks, spirits, and more at our Swan Island location. You will be moving full pallet loads around the warehouse using primarily sit-down electric forklifts and utilizing RF scanning systems with scannable barcodes on the floor and on placards.ResponsibilitiesOperate double wide forklifts, including 2/3/4 stage lifts.Load and unload freight trucks and rail cars full of beverages.Move palletized full pallet loads around the warehouse.Utilize RF scanning systems for inventory management.Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.Essential Skills1+ year experience in a distribution facility, specifically with forklifts.Proficiency in forklift operation and material handling.Experience with inventory management and RF scanners.Ability to operate sit-down electric forklifts and pallet jacks.Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with reach trucks and order picking.Familiarity with stockroom and packing processes.Why Work Here?Enjoy full paid medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees, with family coverage available at a low rate. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
