Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health (Hyannis, MA) Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Hyannis, Massachusetts. This is a 13‑week assignment with 10‑hour shifts and a total of 40 hours per week. Job Responsibilities Provide PT services in patients’ homes to help them regain health and mobility. Assess patients’ mobility, strength, and function. Develop and implement treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records. Provide patient education. Reduce pain and improve function. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of recent experience in a home health setting. Degree in a relevant field (Physical Therapy). BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
