This is an opportunity to put your expertise to work, increase your earning potential, and build a long-term career with some of the most recognizable automotive brands in the industry.ResponsibilitiesTackle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs that keep your skills sharp and your earning potential high.Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, drivability concerns, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake systems.Leverage the latest diagnostic technology, manufacturer resources, and shop equipment to solve difficult vehicle issues.Own your workload by managing repair orders, prioritizing workflow, and delivering quality repairs the first time.Provide detailed documentation and recommendations to support customer confidence and repair accuracy.Partner with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication and an exceptional customer experience.Maintain strong productivity, efficiency, and quality standards while maximizing flat-rate opportunities.Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to expand your skills and advance your career.Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional shop environment that supports technician success.Qualifications3–5+ years of professional automotive repair experienceProven ability to run your own bay independentlyStrong diagnostic skills with minimal supervisionSolid understanding of: Electrical systemsEngine and drivability diagnosticsSuspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systemsExperience performing major repairs in an OEM dealership settingOwn professional-grade tools required for main line technician workValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMaster Technicians and advanced diagnostic techs are strongly encouraged to apply Pay, Compensation & Benefits:$30+ per flat hour for experienced Main Line Technicians$50+ per flat hour for Master-Level TechniciansPay is based on experience, skill level, certifications, and performanceCertification-based pay increases as you progress in your careerHigh-volume dealerships providing consistent workflowEarnings and flag hours may vary based on productivity, experience, and business needs.
