You will be responsible for production KPIs and continuously improve the production environment.**Your major responsibilities:*** You facilitate the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new or existing products and technologies.* You establish and/or implement business plans and technical project objectives to meet the short- and long- term goals of the production organization.* You lead manufacturing teams along the Agilent values to reach departmental goals like production capacity, product quality, on-time delivery, and gross margin development.* You work closely with quality groups to ensure strict compliance with manufacturing practices guidelines.* You prepare documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.* You may manage the new product introduction process, including prototype build and ramping of the new product to volume production.* You are accountable for key metrics, which may include revenue, customer satisfaction and quality goals.* You report progress and raise issues out of your team. You define operation requirements on production process data analytics based on SAP MES.* Together with your colleagues you ensure safe and streamlined production environments by effectively utilizing material, equipment, and trained personnel. You strive for a continuous improvement - and best place to work culture across our organization.## ## **Qualifications*** Master, mechanical technician, or engineer of science with at least 5 years of experience in a leading position in manufacturing industry.* Excellent communication written and verbal and interpersonal skills.* Strong passion for people and organizational development.
