Join Our Team as an ICU/StepDown RN in Plano, TX Job Description: - Position: RN - ICU/StepDown (634) - Unit: PCU Tele 7th FL (635) - Shift: 7P - 7A - Assignment Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Weekend Requirement: Every Other - Call Requirements: Yes Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU/Stepdown environment - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams - Ensure accurate documentation using Meditech - Adapt to floating as needed based on unit needs Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience - At least 2 years of specialty experience in PCU/Stepdown - Current BLS & ACLS certifications - NIH Stroke certification required - Active RN License (Temporary licenses will not be accepted) Preferred Skills: - Experience with Meditech - Prior PCU/Stepdown experience Dress Code: - Scrub Color: Royal Blue - Nail Policy: Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nails - Hair: Neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer - Facial Hair: Mustaches and sideburns should be neatly trimmed - Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible - Piercings: Visible piercings, other than ears, are prohibited Unit Guidelines: - Floating guidelines are in place as needed - Attendance policies will be strictly followed Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
