Step into a day on our shop floor

At 6:00 AM, you clock in, review a print, and set up your manual mill. You square stock, verify dimensions with hand metrology tools, and take your first cut. By mid-morning, you’re drilling, tapping, and de-burring parts to exact specs. After lunch, you troubleshoot a surface finish issue, make a tooling adjustment, and bring the part back into tolerance. Before you leave, you tidy your area and stage the next job so the morning start is smooth.

• Produce parts to specification, including shearing, drilling, de-burring, and bench operations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of manual machines and shop tools for precision components.
• Troubleshoot defects and correct root causes to meet print requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Monitor quality throughout the process and document results as needed.
• Keep your area and equipment clean, organized, and production-ready.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench work.
• Blueprint literacy and ability to follow product specifications.
• Strong organization and dependable work habits—arrive by 6:00 AM ready to go.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• CNC programming experience is required for consideration at the upper level.

• All employees work Day Shift (we want everyone to have work-life balance!).
• 44-hour work week: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Monday–Thursday; 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Fridays (seasonal overtime).
