No prior experience is necessary, we provide paid training to get you started. From there, you can advance into a role in personal training, management, or sales. Pay, Bonuses, and Career Growth:- Hourly base pay + monthly performance bonuses
- Transparent and fair commission rates for new members
- Cash bonuses for employee and member referrals
- Annual performance review with opportunity for a base pay raise
- Direct 3-month track to become a Lead Personal Trainer, earning top industry commission rate
- Free membership, discounted supplements, massages, personal training certifications, and apparel
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that align with clients’ goals
- Provide coaching, motivation, and instruction to ensure proper technique, safety, and progress during sessions
- Track and evaluate client progress while offering feedback and adjustments to maximize results and maintain engagement.
- Nationally accredited personal trainers are preferred.
- Passion for fitness and helping others.
- 48 hours: In-person interview.
- 7 days: Potential offer letter
