Recruiter - Accounting and Finance

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our growing, fast?paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a staffing environment, understands accounting and finance roles at all levels, and brings a strong sense of urgency to delivering results—especially on contract and temporaryplacements. What You’ll Do Full?Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and place top accounting and finance talent across a range of roles, with a strong focus on contract staffing. Candidate Experience: Partner closely with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance. Client Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, refine job requirements, and deliver qualified talent quickly. Market Insight: Stay current on accounting and finance hiring trends, compensation, and market conditions to better advise candidates and clients. High?Priority Searches: Manage multiple, high?volume requisitions with tight timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail. What We’re Looking For Recruiting Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience within accounting and finance. Agency Background: Proven success working in a staffing or recruitment agency, particularly with contract placements. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting and finance functions, roles, and skill sets across various levels. Work Style: Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
