Position: Part-Time with benefits Schedule: 48 hours every two weeks, 12-Hour Night Shifts (1900-0730) on varied days, including some holidays and weekends. About the Role As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you'll become an integral part of a highly engaged team providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Patient Care: Deliver direct care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress towards expected outcomes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support for patients and their families. Leadership: Take primary responsibility for patient care, guiding the Care Team under your supervision to foster a team-oriented approach. As part of our site-based float pool (SBFP), you will have the chance to float among four major Med/Surg Telemetry units, gaining diverse experience while providing quality care. This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives of $2k for part time. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: One (1) year of RN experience. Current CA RN License Current BLS Healthcare Provider through American Heart Association Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing. Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors. Preferred Qualifications: BSN One year of acute Medical/Surgical RN experience Telemetry or Progressive Care experience Other Certifications: CMSRN, NIHHS Stroke Certification, ACLS Epic EHR working experience.
