You must have strong decision-making, problem solving skills, and computer skills, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Selling pest control services to residential and commercial businesses goes far beyond controlling pests. It's about forming long-lasting relationships with your clients, providing peace of mind, and acting as a liaison between your clients and coworkers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION: Polite, friendly customer service Sales appointment scheduling Cold calling/outside and inside sales Inspections, knowledge of service and retail items, critical thinking to provide solutions to various pest problems Reporting to Management Ability to work cohesively with office staff, and service technicians to ensure work completion Collecting payments when necessary Follow up of sales contacts Various other tasks approved by branch manager or Sales Director Requirements Superior communication and interpersonal skills required Friendly, polite customer service skills on the phone and in person Ability to provide solutions to customers' inquiries/complaints Exquisite attention to details Efficient time management skills Critical thinking Problem solving Strong follow up Self-motivation and ownership of schedule and productivity Sharp math skills History of demonstrated self-initiated sales results Drug screening, background check and clean MVR required We are Proudly an Equal Opportunity Employer! #J-18808-Ljbffr Franklin Pest Solutions
