Data Analyst - Technology Consulting – Data & Analytics Location: Phoenix, AZ (Primary Location Only) Position: Senior Manager Date: 7 Apr 2026 | Requisition ID: 1698174 Responsibilities Understand business challenges and address remediations through data architecture and engineering solutions. Work with clients to transform the way they use and manage data by architecting modern data platforms, products, and marketplaces focused on improving their data supply chain, reengineering processes, enhancing risk control, and enabling information intelligence. Define data and analytic strategies by performing assessments, recommending remediation strategies, and designing/implementing future‑state data and analytics solutions. Lead and direct cross‑functional teams, providing constructive on‑the‑job feedback and coaching to ensure project task and timeline accountability. Manage and coach diverse teams of professionals with different backgrounds. Generate, manage, and pursue new business opportunities. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Drive growth across financial services by solving complex issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a related field and 8 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be progressive, post‑baccalaureate). OR Master’s degree in the same fields and 7 years of related work experience. 6 years of experience in the banking, capital markets, insurance, and/or wealth and asset management industry. 5 years of experience assisting clients with one or a combination of: strategic Data Architecture and Engineering, Cloud Data Modernization, Data Products, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Big Data initiatives, and/or Event‑driven Architecture. 5 years of experience with traditional data architecture practices such as Master Data Management, Operational Data Analytics, Customer Data Hub, and/or Data Warehousing. 5 years of experience with Next‑Gen platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and/or distributed databases. 5 years of experience architecting and designing large data platforms, data warehouses, streaming applications, data ingestion pipelines, data storage patterns, and/or data integration pipelines. 5 years of combined experience in at least two of the following technologies: Traditional RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) MPP (Redshift, Synapse, Teradata, Vertica, Netezza) NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, Titan, Elasticsearch) Streaming Platform and Applications (Spark streaming, Kafka, Confluent, Storm) DevOps (GitHub, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform) Data Modeling (Data Vault, Star, Snowflake, Canonical) Ability to travel domestically and regionally up to 60%. Benefits The base salary for this job is $200,235.00 per year.
