  • Complex Orthopedic Cases
  • Pain Management Techniques
  • Post-op Epidural
  • Post-op Extremity Blocks
  • Epidural Steroid for Lumbar and Cervical
  • Transforaminal (Lumbar and Cervical)
  • Use of X-ray Guidance in Performance of Blocks
  • Ventilation Management
  • Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
  • Central Line Placement
  • Arterial Line Placement
  • PA Catheter Placement
  • CRNA Supervision
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days. Temporary privileges available.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified (Certified) Required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
• Licensure: Licensed in Ohio, will not consider IMLC
