Behavioral Aide

Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Orlando Location: Orlando, FL Position: Behavioral Aide Shift: Full Time 8 AM–4 PM | Part Time 4 PM–9 PM Pay Rate: $15.00–$17.50 per hour Behavioral Aide Do you enjoy the outdoors and have a heart for helping others? Join our compassionate team at Rehabilitation Center of Orlando as a Behavioral Aide! This entry-level role is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of residents. No prior experience is required, and full training and support are provided. Key Responsibilities Comfortable working with residents who smoke and able to handle smoke exposure. Provide supervision and companionship to residents outdoors. Foster a calm, supportive environment for residents. Observe and report behavioral concerns to nursing staff. Offer friendly conversation and emotional reassurance. Remain attentive and comfortable during extended outdoor periods. What We’re Looking For Must be at least 21 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills. Warm, dependable, and compassionate personality. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods. High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
