IT Help Desk Technician Full Time Albuquerque, NM, US This is an On‑Site position only Join our Corporate Information Technology team as an I.T. Help Desk Technician and play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support across the organization. In this customer‑focused position, you will serve as the first point of contact for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printer, and system‑related issues while ensuring timely resolution or escalation. You’ll assist with technology projects, maintain IT inventory and equipment, document solutions, and help create a positive technology experience for employees and guests alike. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience supporting Microsoft‑based environments. A high school diploma or GED is required, while IT certifications (A+, Network+) and experience with virtualization, Cisco, Linux, or help desk environments are preferred.
