Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve resident care, satisfaction, and outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care
• Manage and develop the nursing home's human resources, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including census, staffing, and financial reports
• Identify and address any areas of concern or non-compliance
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
