This role demands a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities)Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationCoordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure alignment and qualityOversee safety compliance, risk management, and change ordersDrive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfactionPrepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholdersQualifications5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projectsDirect experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologiesExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferredPMP certification or equivalent is a plusBenefitsVacation/PTO1Medical2Dental3Vision4401k7Bonus6Relocation5Telecommute10
