Revenue & Compensation
As a Pro Fleet Independent Contractor, you'll receive:
- 70% of linehaul revenue
- 86% of the fuel surcharge (FSC)
- 70% of detention pay
- Weekly settlements
- Consistent refrigerated freight

Truck Payment Protection
If you're unable to work three or more days during a payroll week due to WEL-related issues , you may qualify for:
- One-half truck payment credit
- Available once per month (additional approvals available through committee review)

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Qualified Independent Contractor or Owner-Operator
