Physical Therapy Aide

Overview Our Therapy Aides are valued members of our clinic team. They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for patients, provide support to the front office team (answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients), and communicate with patients and their family members. This is a great opportunity for students pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or anyone who loves healthcare and helping others. Location Pennsylvania Role Physical Therapy Aide Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment and functioning equipment. Provide support to the front office team, including answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients. Communicate with patients and family members to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with the clinical team to support therapy services as needed. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner. Strong time management and ability to multitask. Proven customer service and patient care experience. Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations. Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends.
