Location: KFC Plattsburgh at 333 Cornelia St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16.25-$19.50 Job Description We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Lead to help oversee daily restaurant operations while providing excellent customer service. The Shift Lead supports the management team by leading crew members, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth operations during scheduled shifts. Responsibilities Lead and support team members during shifts Assist with opening and closing duties Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are to KFC standards Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Assist with training and coaching team members Monitor shift productivity and team performance Support cash handling and register operations Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Leadership experience is a plus Good communication, positive attitude, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team-oriented work environment Meal provided during working shifts of 6 or more hours.
