Min = $91,672.98 Mid = $114,591.22 Max = $137,509.47 Summary The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a key compensation subject matter expert responsible for leading complex compensation analyses, projects, and programs. This role supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation practices through advanced market analysis, career architecture development, compensation audits, and system optimization. The Senior Compensation Analyst partners with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations and ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities Lead cyclical market analysis activities, including annual and ad hoc benchmarking, market pricing, and competitive pay assessments for positions across the organization. Lead annual salary survey participation, coordinating survey submissions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, guiding Compensation Analysts through efficient completion processes, maintaining supporting documentation and data retention practices, and managing survey-related invoice processing. Partner with the Compensation Analyst to conduct market analyses for complex and specialized positions, developing recommendations based on market data, internal equity, and compensation philosophy. Lead complex compensation projects, including organizational restructures, position evaluations, new role assessments, career ladder development, job leveling framework enhancements, and compensation program analyses. Serve as the primary administrator for PayScale, driving optimization efforts, maintaining data integrity, and identifying opportunities to improve compensation processes and reporting. Conduct compensation audits, analyses, and reporting to evaluate internal equity, compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to compensation policies and practices, while providing recommendations to support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational decision‑making. Lead the administration of pay‑for‑performance programs, including processing, auditing, and validating payouts; develop communication materials; and serve as the primary resource for policy interpretation and program‑related inquiries. BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Three (3) or more years of compensation experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with INFOR HRIS systems preferred. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or SHRM certification preferred.
