Roofing Service Technician Livermore, CA Description Roofing Service Technician Location: Livermore, CA Company: Allied Construction Services Job Summary: Allied Construction Services is seeking a reliable Roofing Service Technician to perform roof inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial roofing systems. This role is field-based and customer-facing, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair leaks, punctures, and other roof system failures Perform routine roof maintenance and inspections on commercial/industrial properties Apply roof coatings, sealants, and patching materials as needed Communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers and office staff Complete accurate service reports, photos, and documentation for each job Operate service vehicle and maintain tools/equipment in good working order Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times Maintain a clean and organized job site Qualifications 1+ years of roofing, service technician, or related construction experience preferred Working knowledge of low-slope/commercial roofing systems (TPO, coatings, built-up roofing) a plus Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Preferred Experience with commercial or industrial roof maintenance and leak repair Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus I matched the structure and tone of your Roofing Shingler example, but leaned the responsibilities and qualifications toward service/repair work (diagnosing leaks, maintenance, customer-facing reporting) rather than new installation, since that's the nature of a service tech role — and pulled in a couple of details from Allied's site (commercial/industrial roofing, TPO, coatings) to keep it accurate to what they actually do. #J-18808-Ljbffr
