BDC Representative – Customer Engagement & Appointment Coordination RV Country RV Country is one of the most established RV dealership groups in the Western U.S., with over 50 years in business and locations across five states. We are growing our Business Development Center (BDC) and looking for motivated professionals who excel on the phone, communicate clearly, and know how to guide customers to the next step. This is a high-activity, customer communication position, not a showroom sales job. Your success will come from consistent outreach, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently move customers forward. What You'll Do Respond to inbound leads from RV Trader, Facebook, Google & website Communicate by phone, text, and email Ask qualifying questions (budget, timing, decision maker, tow vehicle) Schedule and confirm appointments Prepare customers before arrival so they know what to expect Follow up with unscheduled prospects Document all activity in the CRM Coordinate with store staff for customer readiness Requirements What We're Looking For Clear phone communication and professional tone Organized and detail oriented Comfortable following structured processes Reliable attendance and follow-through Positive attitude with consistent outreach habits Helpful Experience: call center, customer service, scheduling, appointment setting, BDC, reception, or collections (No RV experience required — we train product knowledge) Pay & Benefits Hourly + performance bonuses for kept appointments Average: $50,000-$80,000 Warm inbound leads (no cold calling) Paid training Health benefits & 401(k) Employee RV discounts Career growth opportunities Stable company with long-term reputation If you prefer structured work, communication, and helping customers get prepared — this role fits well. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rv Country, Inc.
