The Lead Service Specialist runs the copy/print/mail center and may assist the Supervisor or Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. In addition to productions, will accurately communicate with client staff and Opensity team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges.**Location:** San Diego, CA **Pay:** 20-25hr **Schedule:** Monday – Friday – 9:00am – 6:00pm (Flexibility with OT)Essential Job Responsibilities* Provide document production services including accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions* Provide elevated - "concierge style" - hospitality support for conference rooms, lounges, breakrooms and other comfort areas of the office* Provide mail services including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule* Provide floor coordination including the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper and basic daily maintenance* Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked* Work to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged packages, untimely deliveries* Assist management with training new hires on all processes* Other duties as required and assigned which may include facilities, reception backup and hospitality servicesQualifications & Requirements* High School Diploma or GED* Minimum of 2 years work experience in a professional office services or customer service environment* Ability to lead others in a professional manner* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints* Ability to multitask with attention to detail* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook* Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater* Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time* Scheduled hours of 9:00a.m to 6:00p.m Monday to Friday with ability to flex schedule on a limited basis for client needsThe Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
