Polikov Recruitment specializes in the commercial property & casualty insurance industry.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an underwriter to join a new specialty lines (E&S) carrier in Dallas, TX.

Our client is an A rated P&C carrier that has been successfully writing commercial property & casualty business on an admitted basis for 60 plus years, and is currently in the process of creating a new excess and surplus lines division of their business that will launch later this year. This will be a direct-to-retail distribution model.

Favorable candidates will have 2-4 plus years of experience writing excess & surplus business with an emphasis on general liability and excess casualty. Experience with contractors/construction/manufacturing is a plus but not required.
