As a Travel RN specializing in Telemetry Nursing, youll play a vital role in delivering attentive care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and continuous observation. Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois (or compact state eligibility)
• At least 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and charting systems
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess cardiac telemetry patients; respond swiftly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
