Forklift Operators Needed – Arden, NC
1st Shift | $17.83/Hour | Temp-to-Hire

Adecco is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators/Warehouse Associates for a leading warehouse facility in Arden, NC. If you have recent forklift experience and are looking for a stable opportunity with overtime potential, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate:

• $17.83 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Overtime Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM as needed

• Strong possibility for overtime

• Saturday 8-hour shifts available

• Sunday bonus opportunities for working an 8-hour shift

What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, stock pickers, and other material handling equipment

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently

• Build customer orders accurately for shipment

• Move and store products within the warehouse

• Perform labeling, sorting, packing, repacking, and inventory tasks

• Inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Complete required paperwork and verify product accuracy

Requirements:

• Recent forklift experience required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for an entire shift

• Ability to work at elevated heights

• Ability to read and follow instructions in English

• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures

• Steel-toe boots required

• Must successfully complete a forklift assessment

Pay Details: $17.83 per hour
