Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - New Hampshire

Stryker seeks a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries in New Hampshire, working field-based with robotic and manual joint replacement procedures. The role involves assisting surgeons in operating rooms, managing case preparation, and providing on-call coverage including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Develop competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic orthopedic procedures
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, CT-based imaging, and implant sizing
- Prepare operating room equipment, instruments, and systems for surgical procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during live surgical cases
- Participate in on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support urgent cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or associate degree with 4 years relevant experience, or high school diploma with 6 years experience
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Preferred: 1 year relevant clinical work experience in nursing, surgical technology, or related field
- Preferred: extracurricular involvement demonstrating leadership or community engagement
- Capacity to manage stressful operating room situations with professionalism and focus
Compensation: $62,900 - $87,500 USD Annual
