Company : Rapidly growing options player in the US, a dominant force in Asia, and a major presence in Europe. The team includes top talent, with many ex-Optiver, ex-IMC, and ex-Citadel traders and quants.
Overview : Exciting opportunity to build a Commodity Options Desk within a highly successful Equity Options business at a leading international firm. Benefit from the industry’s best payout structure for Options Traders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a Commodity Options Desk from the ground up.
- Collaborate with the Equity Options business to utilize existing systems and processes for the Commodity Options business.
- Drive the desk to generate $10-$30M in PnL/year
- Recruit and develop a team of traders to scale the desk’s operations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in building a commodity options desk generating $10M+ in PnL.
- Recent track record of consistent success in the field.
