They're actively looking because they are winning projects and have the capacity to train Assistant Project Managers into their future leaders.

Job Description

• Supporting Project Managers and field teams on active construction projects
• Reviewing plans, specs, and submittals
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Tracking project progress, schedules, and documentation
• Helping solve jobsite challenges in real time

The Successful Applicant

• A successful Local Assistant Project Manager should have:
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR field experience looking to move into an office role
• 2+ years of construction experience
• Familiar with Procore or similar tools
