Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR, Benefits and Comp)
We're currently seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR, Benefits and Comp). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, capable of leading Core HR implementations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Lead and SME for Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Benefits and Comp) implementations.
- Lead discovery and design sessions to define business requirements and process gaps.
- Provide strategic input and best practices for Core HR processes, leveraging deep product knowledge.
- Drive solution configuration and validation activities from requirement gathering through testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data conversion, HCM extracts, HDL, and integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience with a strong focus on Core HR, Benefits and Comp
- Minimum of 5 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including 3 in Core HR, Benefits and Comp.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas).
- Cross-functional expertise in additional modules such as Oracle Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Payroll (a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership in managing project timelines, client expectations, and team deliverables.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Oracle Cloud Certification related modules (preferred).
