End Date: 11/16/2026

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:30 – 15:00)

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Contract

License/Certs: BLS required; CVOR experience required

Experience: 2+ years in CVOR, OR experience preferred

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with call on weekdays, weekends, & holidays

Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to CVOR patients during scheduled surgeries
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient management
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies swiftly
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and care quality
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all safety standards
• Adapt to emergency team assignments when necessary, staying until all events pass

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years CVOR or OR experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Previous ER or surgical experience
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to emergency call requirements
