Lead Electrical Design Engineer - High-Reliability
SUBCOM LLC
SubCom is seeking a Principal Electrical Design Engineer to lead high-reliability analog and digital circuit designs for next-generation network elements. This role involves planning, platforming, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive design from concept through manufacture. The candidate will mentor teams, conduct DFMEA reviews, and develop GUI-based test tools while supporting firmware integration and factory qualification. Strong leadership and hands-on expertise are essential.
