Position Summary Honor School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students at both Honor Elementary and Honor Intermediate. This full-time position provides evaluation, direct services, and IEP support for students with articulation, language, and communication needs in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. In addition to traditional service delivery, the Speech-Language Pathologist will push into 4K and 5K classrooms to support and guide early literacy development, working alongside classroom teachers to strengthen language foundations aligned to our district's literacy curriculum. Essential Duties- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect speech/language services
- Push into 4K and 5K classrooms to support early language and literacy development aligned with district curriculum
- Collaborate with teachers to embed communication strategies within core instruction
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with families
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Wisconsin DPI licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience or interest in early childhood and literacy development preferred
- Salary and benefits per district guidelines (100% FTE).
