Junior Assistant

Busy entertainment executive seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Junior Assistant / Shopper / Runner to support daily personal and professional needs. This role will report directly to the Senior Assistant. The right candidate is a self-starter who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and handle responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. This position requires someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, and who can maintain confidentiality at all times. Responsibilities Run errands and coordinate shopping requests Assist with personal and executive-related tasks Pick up and deliver items as needed Support the Senior Assistant with day-to-day operations and projects Help maintain organization and follow-through on assignments Coordinate schedules, appointments, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned Provide general administrative and operational support Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Qualifications Highly proactive with strong problem-solving skills Excellent follow-through and attention to detail Dependable, accountable, and resourceful Strong common sense and ability to prioritize tasks Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Professional demeanor with a positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Previous assistant, hospitality, concierge, or entertainment industry experience is a plus Requirements Reliable vehicle Valid driver’s license Current automobile insurance Ability to travel locally for errands and pickups Pay & Growth Pay Level for this role is $24.03 – $33.65 hourly, depending on experience. Depending on performance and capability, this role has the opportunity to grow and take on increased responsibility over time.
