Description - Here's What You'll Embrace

• Conducting both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses-encompassing chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established protocols meticulously.
• Ensuring accuracy in result interpretation, troubleshooting discrepancies, and conducting preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Supporting specimen collection efforts and preparing samples for thorough testing as required.
• Meticulously documenting all processes, mentoring new team members, and upholding high standards in laboratory quality controls.
• Creating and maintaining a clean, safe laboratory environment while fully complying with regulatory and accreditation demands.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, and preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year aboard.
• Commitment to upkeep your certification throughout your entire tenure with us.
