What You ll Do

Perform daily inpatient medical rounding
Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans
Complete clear, timely notes and charting
Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and families
Partner with care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

What We re Looking For

Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in TN (or eligible)
Experience in inpatient or hospitalist settings
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
