Job Type Full-time Pay $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Hours 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri Location 10759 Hampshire Ave S. Bloomington, MN 55438 Position Overview The Inside Sales Coordinator will assist the JFW Commercial Sales Team by providing various administrative and operational support to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities Assist with quote creation, customer proposal creation, presentations, and distribution to customers as needed. Manage the commercial CRM system: assign sales leads, set up new users, and train new Commercial Account Managers. Maintain the retail referral program: oversee distribution of leads, contact CAMs to update lead status and track wins/losses for commissionable purposes. Coordinate lead generation for CAMs, assist in scheduling appointments, qualify warm leads, hit assigned monthly targets for new lead generation, and find and qualify new opportunities. Operational support: oversee steps toward final delivery of items, provide oversight on submitted orders for accuracy, communicate ETAs, shipping updates, delivery timelines, and site readiness, manage unforeseen delays, and own communication between customer, operations, sales, and installation. Service coordination and management: oversee open service needs for the assigned sales team, coordinate with the service team and third parties, maintain continuous communication with customer and sales throughout the resolution process, and own the resolution process. Accounts receivable management: coordinate open AR between sales, accounting, and the customer, update status on AR documents, proactively contact customer for payment status, collect payments, provide W9s, COIs, invoices, and other related documents. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent required. Additional training in administration, business, or related courses preferred. Previous administrative experience required. Basic working experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook) and Adobe or other publishing software. Strong organizational skills; punctual and reliable.
